Using StudyPal
StudyPal is a study aid for students. Summaries and answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes — always check important information against your assigned reading.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity that happens on your account. Do not share your account with others.
Subscriptions and free trials
New accounts get a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, StudyPal Pro costs $14.99 per month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Acceptable use
Do not use StudyPal to break the law, to upload content you do not have the right to share, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Academic integrity
StudyPal is meant to help you understand your material. How you use it for assignments and exams is up to you, and you are responsible for following your school’s rules.
Intellectual property
StudyPal and its branding belong to us. The books and readings you study remain the property of their authors and publishers.
Disclaimers
StudyPal is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your course.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, StudyPal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of StudyPal after an update means you accept the new terms.
